As reported by Motor Transport, truck driver Dennis Light (57) admitted causing death by dangerous driving. Guildford crown court heard that Mr Light crashed through a central reservation on the A3 when is was looking for his ringing phone in his untidy cab. Records showed his mobile phone has recieved a call at the time of the crash.
