Motor transport reports the Wiltshire based Hatton Logistics has lost what may be the first employment tribunal judgement about working time regulations.
Hatton Logistics had imposed a 52-week reference period then moved to a 26-week period and had lost the at the tribunal on the bases that the workforce agreement was not implemented correctly.
The firm comments "the tribunal chairman wasn't damning if us, He said that we had acted in good faith, taking all the advice that we could, but there was still a great deal of confusion about how these regulations work". |
